The MAJ'R team takes the utmost care to check all items before sending for delivery. However, if you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with the following Returns & Exchange policy.
MAJ'R offers a full refund or exchange on returned full price purchases subject to the following conditions:
- MAJ'R is contacted 24-48hrs after receiving your item for a return
- The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving your RA #
- Garments are in unused and in sellable condition.
- Tags must be attached, in original condition and in the original packaging.
Products purchased during a sale, or using a promotional code of 20% or more are eligible for exchange or credit note (no refunds) unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged.
REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
- Order Number
- Return Reason
- Return type (refund or exchange)
- If you’re exchanging, please let us know the product name, colour and size you would like to exchange for.
You can use any shipping service to return your item, however we strongly recommend you use a tracked service as the goods are the responsibility of the consumer until the return has reached the MAJ'R warehouse. The costs of returns or exchanges will be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Exchanges are based on availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
