The MA-JR team takes the utmost care to check all items before sending for delivery. However, if you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with the following Returns & Exchange policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

MA-JR offers a full refund or exchange on full-price purchases subject to the following conditions:

• Contact MA-JR within 24-48hrs of receiving your item
• Return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your confirmation of return
• Garments are in unused, in sellable condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

SALE

Items purchased during promotional sale periods (e.g., Mid-Season, Afterpay Day, End of Season) or with a discount of 20% or more are eligible for Exchange only. 

Final sale items are not eligible for Exchange or Refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
